Your profile information helps personalize your ride insights and ensures that your safety and performance data is accurate. Here’s how to update key personal details like your date of birth, height, and rider type within the Quin Within App.
For Protective Gear Owners
Step 1: Access the Profile Page
Open the Quin Within App and log in using your credentials.
From the Home Page, tap the Profile Page icon on the bottom right corner.
On the Profile Page, tap My basic Info to open your personal details screen.
Step 2: Edit Your Information
Tap the Edit button (pencil icon) in the top right corner of the My Profile Info page.
Scroll down to view and update your information. You’ll be able to modify the following fields:
Date of Birth
User type (Cyclist, Motorcyclist, PPE)
After making the necessary changes, tap Save.
To return to the previous screen, tap the Back Arrow in the top left corner.
For Responders
Step 1: Access the Profile Page
Open the Quin Within App and log in using your credentials.
From the Home Page, tap the Profile Page icon on the bottom right corner.
On the Profile Page, tap My Profile Info to open your personal details screen.
Step 2: Edit Your Information
Tap the Edit button in the top right corner of the My Profile Info page.
Scroll down to view and update your information. You’ll be able to modify the following fields:
Date of Birth
Gender
Height
Weight
After making the necessary changes, tap Save.
To return to the previous screen, tap the Back Arrow in the top left corner.
And that’s it! Your profile information is now up to date!
