Keeping track of your protective gear’s usage is a smart way to stay safe on every ride. By reviewing your protective gear analytics, you can ensure it’s functioning correctly and make more informed decisions about when and how you ride.
Accessing Your Protective Gear Overview Page
From the Home Page, tap the Profile Page Icon in the bottom right.
This will take you to your Profile Page.
Scroll down until you reach the My Devices section
Scroll left and right through the list to find the protective gear.
Tap on that protective gear to select it.
This will take you to the Protective Gear Overview page.
Viewing your Protective Gear’s Analytics
The top section of the Protective Gear Overview page will display the following information about your protective gear:
Protective Gear | The image of the gear you have added to your account |
Protective gear model | Name of the model of the added protective gear |
Nickname | The nickname you have given to the protective gear |
Device Id | The internal Id to identify the protective gear |
Added on | Date you have added the protective gear |
Bluetooth icon | If you protective gear is connected or not |
Battery icon | The battery level of the Quin Pod |
Protective gear are classified as two types: Quin Within and Quin Ready.

Sports Protective Gear
Current Sports the app supports: Motorsport, Cycling, Snow, Horse Riding, Climbing
Overview section
Connect Button | Located to the right of the page, this button will allow you to pair your protective gear with the app. |
Preference | Calculated based on the time spent using each protective gear you own. It will only update if you regularly connect and use all of the Quin Ready and Quin Within protective gear you own. If you do not connect your protective gear before going on a ride, the Quin Within App won’t register the usage time |
Rides | The total number of rides where you used this protective gear and when last you used the protective gear. |
Crash Alerts | The total number of crash alerts triggered wearing this protective gear |
SOS Alerts | The total number of SOS alerts triggered wearing this protective gear |
Drop Alerts | The total number of times the protective gear is dropped while paired with the app |
Offline Events | The total number of crash events when there was no internet access |
Device use | The total time spent using the protective gear in the current week shown in a graph and the weekly average time that you spent using this protective gear. |
Delete Device | This will allow you to remove the protective gear from your account |
Industry/PPE Protective gear
Current PPE gear the app supports: Shoes, Harness, Trousers, Helmets.
Overview section
SOS Alerts | The total number of SOS alerts triggered wearing this protective gear |
Connect Button | Located to the right of the page, this button will allow you to pair your protective gear with the app. (Only for Quin Pod) |
Fall Event | Total number of falls detected while the protective gear is connected (Only for Quin Pod) |
Impact Event | Total number of impact detected while the protective gear is connected (Only for Quin Pod) |
Connected Time | The total time spent using the protective gear in the current week shown in a graph and the weekly average time that you spent using this protective gear. (Only for Quin Pod) |
Scan History | Track when and where the Quin Tag on the protective gear was scanned |
Setup Quin Tag | Manage and update your MedId on the Quin Tag on the protective gear |
Delete Device | This will allow you to remove the protective gear from your account |
