At the moment, there’s no way to update your Name, Email, or Phone Number directly from the Quin Within app. However, if you need to update any of these details, you can write to us.
Navigate to the Write to Us page
To get to the Write to Us Page
Select the Profile Page (Bottom Right of screen)
Select the Settings Icon (Top Right of the screen)
Select About us (Above Log Out)
Select Write to Us (Last option)
Once you are at the Write to Us Page:
Enter a short Title in the title box - this helps us quickly identify your message.
Use the Description box to share
Your old Name, Email, & Phone number
Your new Name, Email, & Phone number
Tap Submit.
Once your message has been sent, a confirmation will appear:
“Success, Data captured successfully.”
Tap OK to return to the app.
We will reach out to you shortly after to help assist you further with the changes needed.
For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity before changes can be made.
